Identify Right Hand or Left Hand Install Screen

Is this a Right Hand or Left Hand Installation?

Stand at the top of the stair case and look down the stairs. Is the rail and chair lift on your right side (Right Handed Install) or is the rail and chair lift on your left side (Left Handed Install)
